The candidate must have an active state license in good standing with 1-3 years of experience in data privacy and/or cybersecurity. CIPP or other relevant privacy certification is preferred. Should have shown a genuine interest in privacy and cybersecurity issues through their work experience, writing, speaking, acquisition of privacy/security credentials, and/or advanced certificates or degrees in cybersecurity engineering, digital forensics, or related areas of study. Experience in crisis management, public relations or IT, would be a plus.

Take courses on how to actually manage a firm. Create an actual HR Department.

Pros : There is nothing good about this firm.
Cons : They openly discriminate against LGBTQ+ people and Black people. HR does not exist and if you make a complaint to the supposed "HR" department they will start a file on you and begin to make work conditions difficult to push you out. Management and supervisors do very low-quality work then blame unaware associates for their incompetency. They are constantly short staffed and the retention rate is about 10%. They will attempt to make associates who have been there awhile, partners to get them to stay but they still choose to leave. That says ALOT. DO NOT EVER APPLY TO WORK HERE.
