The candidate will manage, update and improve our IP asset management system and other team files to ensure our records are comprehensive, accurate and usable. Work with counsel to run trademark clearance searches, monitor watch notices and assist in enforcement of marks. Assist in the review of open source software licenses. Support efforts to analyze and comply with new and upcoming international content laws. Develop processes to help the IP & Content team function smoothly and efficiently. Should have 4+ years of experience as a patent or trademark paralegal at a law firm or in-house. Must have excellent communication and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to build and scale programs and lead cross-functional initiatives.
