Environmental Compliance and Litigation Paralegal Duties: As an Environmental Compliance and Litigation Paralegal, will have the opportunity to tap into curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, will make an impact by coordinating key projects on high-profile, complex environmental regulatory compliance and litigation matters, both individually and in coordination with a core paralegal team. Together with our cutting-edge Discovery and Technology Advocates (DATA) team, managing various aspects of discovery, including preservation, e-discovery, collection, production, and witness interviews. Recognizing and implementing necessary environmental compliance and litigation projects and driving those projects to completion. Applying knowledge of legal and regulatory issues to litigation and business matters. Working closely with dynamic internal and external counsel and vendor teams, including to provide assistance in engagements, oversight, and budgets. Responsibilities of this position may include direct and/or indirect physical or logical access to information, systems, technologies subjected to the regulations/compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Associate’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution with 5+ years of combined experience as a paralegal and/or legal administrative assistant and/or other legal role in a private, public, government or military environment. Additional qualifications include ABA-approved paralegal associate degree. Experience with litigation at a law firm, in-house litigation group, or public sector position. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple matters. Experience with large-scale discovery. Experience working on environmental matters, regulatory actions, class actions, or internal investigations. Sense of humor. Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
