Paralegal (Estate Planning/Drafting) Duties: Drafting, reviewing, and modifying of estate planning and elder law documents as part of our firmâ€™s internal review process. Maintaining Internal Case Management System. Assisting attorneys and support staff with compiling documents prior to delivery to client.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: 2+ years' related paralegal work experience required. Previous legal drafting experience is preferred. Previous experience in the drafting and/or administration of revocable and irrevocable trusts is a plus Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word and related computer technology are a must for this position. Experience with other drafting systems is a plus. Excellent grammar, spelling, writing and proofreading skills. Familiarity with CRM systems. Enthusiastic individual who thrives in a team environment. Self-motivated, problem-solver. Reliable, resilient with a positive attitude. Organized and efficient with strict attention to detail.
