Duties:

  • Provide legal guidance on regulatory compliance in real estate matters.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates on client strategy and representation.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financing, and leasing.
  • Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm setting is preferred.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in Oregon or ability to obtain licensure.
