A reputable law firm in Tulsa, OK, is currently seeking an experienced attorney with expertise in one or more of the following practice areas: litigation, transactional law, estate planning/probate, or legal research and writing. Job Overview

The position involves a broad range of responsibilities that include client representation, legal analysis, document drafting, and case strategy development. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in their respective practice area and a commitment to client-centered, high-quality legal service.

Key Duties

• Litigation: Represent clients in court, prepare legal filings, conduct depositions, and develop case strategies.
• Transactional Law: Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as contracts and agreements; guide business transactions.
• Estate Planning/Probate: Advise clients on estate planning, prepare relevant documents, and manage probate and trust administration.
• Legal Research & Writing: Conduct in-depth legal research and produce well-supported legal memoranda, briefs, and other written documents.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior attorneys and support staff to optimize case outcomes.
• Stay Current: Continuously update knowledge on relevant laws, legal practices, and industry trends.
• Case Management: Oversee multiple cases or transactions simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in one or more of the specified practice areas.
• Licensure: Active law license in Oklahoma.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Research Proficiency: Strong command of legal research tools and software.
• Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities.

Education

• Degree: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Oklahoma.
