Vice President – Compliance The candidate will help drive various work streams within GFCC’s Program Office and compliance due diligence. Will execute and enhance the GFCC Program Office’s operations and strategy, including staffing and hiring and budget. Provide functional and industry expertise to review corporate development opportunities from a compliance due diligence perspective. Provide input on projects and advises leadership on issues; develops and delivers strategies to leadership; negotiates solutions with leadership. Provide strategic advice and regular updates to management regarding the timely escalation and resolution of potential issues B.A. required and JD degree is preferred. 8+ years of work experience in BSA/AML compliance is required. Experience at a large financial institution, regulator, or law firm performing legal or regulatory enforcement functions is essential. Prior extensive experience in law enforcement, criminal law, prosecution and regulatory exam management is preferred Deadline: February 15, 2018.
