Vice President â€“ Compliance The candidate will help drive various work streams within GFCCâ€™s Program Office and compliance due diligence. Will execute and enhance the GFCC Program Officeâ€™s operations and strategy, including staffing and hiring and budget. Provide functional and industry expertise to review corporate development opportunities from a compliance due diligence perspective. Provide input on projects and advises leadership on issues; develops and delivers strategies to leadership; negotiates solutions with leadership. Provide strategic advice and regular updates to management regarding the timely escalation and resolution of potential issues B.A. required and JD degree is preferred. 8+ years of work experience in BSA/AML compliance is required. Experience at a large financial institution, regulator, or law firm performing legal or regulatory enforcement functions is essential.
