Duties:

Requirements:

  • Strong background in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, private placements, venture capital financing, strategic joint ventures, capital markets, corporate governance, private investment funds, and general corporate matters.
  • Excellent technical, professional, and client service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, proactively, and as part of a team.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on creative solutions.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Bar admission in good standing in Connecticut (CT).
