Fairfield County law firm seeks an experienced litigation paralegal for its busy Trumbull office.

Ideal candidate will have Experience with Connecticut and Federal pleadings, practice and procedure, including Family Law.

  • Draft correspondences, pleadings, motions, complaints and discovery documents
  • Communication with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, court personnel and experts
  • Review and summarize depositions, medical records and other discovery materials
  • Formal hearing and trial preparation, including electronic presentations and assist with depositions
  • Knowledge of e-filing with state courts and agencies, calendaring and Microsoft Word and Excel required.
  • Candidates must be able to work somewhat independently.
  • Strong attention to detail, very organized and motivated
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities and accommodate rush requests.
  • Paralegal certificate or college degree required
