Legal Secretary/Paralegal The candidate will provide general legal and administrative support to a two attorney law firm with a heavy focus in real estate, business planning and estate planning/administration. Duties include to, front office administration/management, answering phones, client communication, incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, filing, client correspondence, billing and more. Will also be responsible for assisting the firm's real estate paralegal in the group with the opportunity to get more involved in the processing of real estate transactions once you have proved yourself. Should have 1+ year’s office experience with a secretarial qualification, excellent communication skills, proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, attention to detail and accuracy, ability to multi-task. Should preferably have experience in Real Estate transaction and a current Pennsylvania notary commission or the ability to qualify for appointment as a notary.
