Specialist, Product Registration (International)
The candidate will under limited supervision, responsible for evaluation and support of registration requirements for international product registration. This includes processing and distributing information and materials to register products in target markets. Procure, prepare documents from departments within and outside firm's to assemble materials needed for international product registrations. Review documentation and advise if changes are necessary. Communicate with franchisees to address any issues pertaining to product registration. Research, action or otherwise support the franchisee's requests for specialized materials (i.e. certificates etc.) which originate outside of firm. Interact with various companies, departments and associates to obtain information and materials needed by franchisees. Develop productive working relationships with associates at various government agencies to support product registration. Keep ahead of proposed changes to worldwide registration requirements. Advise management and appropriate departments of franchisee registrations problems. Propose solutions to address any challenges. Create reports summarizing progress of product registration for meetings and as required by upper management. Alert franchisees to all upcoming changes to packaging and product formulations. Follow up with franchisees to ensure monthly registration reports are transmitted to firm. Update and maintain the RAPID database regularly to include materials necessary for product registration. Train new partners on the use of RAPID. Additional duties as assigned.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of progressive chemistry or paralegal experience preferred. Knowledge of registration requirements in global markets preferred. Knowledge of foreign languages preferred. Experience working in foreign markets preferred. High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications is required.
