Legal Assistant The candidate will provide administrative support to the Legal department, involving maintaining books and records related to governance and entity management. Will prepare and make secretary of state filings, including annual reports. Assist the department in various matters as requested by attorneys and other group members. Interface with all levels of the corporation, the Board of Directors, and external parties'. Coordinate administrative aspects of quarterly and special board, board committee and management committee meetings, is also the duty of the Legal Assistant. Should have 1-2 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree is essential.
