Documentation Specialist The candidate review responsive records under the Freedom of Information Act, confirming documents are responsive and managing documents through FOIA workflow. Receive new hard copy FOIA requests, upload and triage them (reviewing and assigning) to ensure they are sufficient. Complete the intake processing work; and Answer calls from requesters asking about the status of their FOIA request. Completed FOIA requests and batches. Property Management and administration support services that includes support of Fleet, Seized and Forfeited property, Personal Property, administrative services, etc. College degree preferred. Paralegal certificate of JD are good to have. Must be familiar with office setting, use of computer and basic MS Office programs. Previous legal, legal review, or FOIA experience a plus.
