Litigation eDiscovery Support Specialist The candidate will involves supporting multiple legal teams with eDiscovery planning, coordinating and attending document/data collections, assisting with processing and search strategies, and facilitating source code discovery. Will work with both in-house and outside counsel, internal teams with specialized functions, firm’s various business groups, as well as preferred vendors to support eDiscovery related requests. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential. Training and coursework in the fields of litigation support, Project Management and/or databases is desirable. Must have 5+ years experience as a litigation paralegal or eDiscovery project manager at a large law firm, high tech company, or litigation support vendor handling a wide variety of litigation eDiscovery support tasks for large IP, patent, and commercial litigation matters. Detailed and in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with electronic discovery processes, workflows and best practices, including all phases of the EDRM is essential. Demonstrated understanding of the litigation lifecycle is essential. Must have outstanding organizational and time-management skills along with practical business sense and a determined work ethic.
