Mid level Employment Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate must have Juris Doctorate degree. Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. Must have 2-6 years of experience in employment litigation (including discrimination and wrongful termination cases). Employment counseling experience is preferred. Experience providing advice or litigation defense on California wage and hour matters is a plus. Must be licensed and practicing in California. Excellent oral advocacy, analytical and writing skills are required. Strong Commitment to client services is essential. Graduate of top law school and member of Law Review is a plus.

I would like to see better management put into place so that the work load is better balanced throughout the weeks and the months. This way there is always work to be done without being overwhelmed.

Pros : The starting pay is excellent and the benefits (such as 401K) are top notch. I also found everyone to be very helpful and the work environment was very laid back.
Cons : The overall work load on a day to day basis had too much variance. On some days I would have to work well past my normal hours into the night. During other day's I was left with nothing to do.
