Duties:

• Manage a caseload from inception through resolution.
• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Attend hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Advise clients on legal rights, strategies, and potential outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategies and best practices.
• Maintain current knowledge of Pennsylvania workers' compensation laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in workers' compensation defense.
• Proven ability to handle a portable book of business.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Bar License.
