Duties:

• Manage and execute mergers and acquisitions transactions from inception to completion.
• Provide legal counsel on complex corporate transactions and strategies.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements and disclosures.
• Conduct due diligence and prepare related documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, investment bankers, and other advisors.
• Lead deal teams and oversee junior associates' work.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
• Hands-on experience with private equity transactions is a plus.
• Strong academic background from an accredited law school.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-stakes transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in Florida.
