Associate Attorney The candidate will provide legal advice with respect to estate planning, probate and elder law. Participate in general legal matters as needed. Will be responsible for Marketing efforts to attract estate planning, elder law, and probate clients, client consultations regarding estate planning, elder law and probate. Must have Ohio license. JD degree from accredited law school is required. Should have 5-10 years of experience. Experience delivering a full-range of estate planning, elder care and estate administration tasks is essential. Strong background in probate law and estate administration is preferred.
