HR and Legal Assistant The candidate will report to the HR Director and General Counsel, have shared, administrative responsibilities between Human Resources and Legal. HR data entry into Human Resources Information System (HRIS), including personnel, payroll, and benefits data. Support employees with HR related questions. Assist with employee onboarding and employee life cycle. Administer the stock administration program through Certent. Maintain the corporate calendar for leadership team. Assist the legal department with organization. Log new legal matters, correspondence, contracts and other documentation into matter, document and contract management systems, as appropriate. Prepare draft company filings. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a HS diploma or equivalent. Must have 5+ years of experience working in a corporate setting in either human resources or legal departments. Should have 3+ years of experience drafting and preparing corporate public filings. Must have experience with sensitive and confidential information. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications essential. Deadline: 26 September, 2020.
