Paralegal/Case Manager Candidate will support the firms attorney(s) in a high-volume practice and will be responsible for the following: Calendar management; Drafting correspondence, discovery, pleadings, and nonparty requests; Client contact; Filing (electronic and mail) in state and superior court; and Medical record maintenance and summarization.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is required. Experience in a personal injury or family law firm are preferred. Must be detail oriented with 1+ year of experience in a professional services environment. Strong technical skills are necessary, including experience with MS Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Drive; experience with MyCase or a similar case management system is a big plus. Will be subject to strict deadlines and must have excellent communication and time management skills.
