Document Administrator II
The candidate will be documenting new facilities, amending existing deals, and managing the closing process/due diligence requirements of commercial credit once engaged to Fulfillment. College Degree or equivalent experience with commercial credit is required. Real Estate experience or knowledge is a plus. Previous loan documentation experience and understanding of financial covenant principals is a plus. Working knowledge of LoanIQ and/or Hot Docs is preferred. Paralegal experience is preferred.
