"Great Firm, But Not the Best Job"

Former Employee - Reviewed on September 09, 2017

Their current managers do know the field, so I would recommend getting them a seminar or something on how to manage their resources in order to be more effective and to not make some people feel over worked.

Pros : I loved the engagement that they had with the employees as they planned pizza days, and other activities that are in no way mandatory for them to do in order for us to have a better day at work.
Cons : Some of the middle management lacks actual management experience, which is why there is not enough staff some times, and delegating becomes a bit tricky. Also, they should not be afraid to get their hands dirty so to speak, and help out a little with the work load.
