Capital Markets – Senior Associate The candidate should have 2-6+ years of experience working on registered equity offerings (IPOs and follow-on offerings), as well as some experience representing public companies in connection with their Exchange Act reporting obligations. Should be generally familiar with SEC rules and forms, the underwriting process, comfort letters, opinions and other components of the offering process. Must have such experience in the context of both issuer-side and underwriter-side representation, although experience with both is not required. Prior representation of (or work with) emerging growth companies (EGCs) is a plus. Should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. California bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) preferred.
