Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: 4-6 years' experience in personal injury and litigation firms, with New Jersey Superior Court pleadings including complaints, motions, depositions, interrogatories, Notices to Produce, subpoenas, briefs, obtaining medical records and trial preparation. Candidate must have: Knowledge of the Federal courts and liability cases would be an asset. Knowledge to include Microsoft Office, Court Documents, E-Courts, Word Perfect, Needles/TrialWorks (helpful). Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and fulfill work on a time-conscious basis, handling a high volume of cases and trial work. Must be fluent in Spanish. Familiarity with legal research. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Deadline and detail-oriented.
