The candidate will be a member of the Firm’s Corporate practice group. Responsibilities of the position will include advising clients on corporate governance and structure matters; negotiating and drafting company agreements, partnership agreements, and other corporate documents; and handling M&A transactions, private placement and bank financings, and private investments. Must preferably have 7-15 years of prior corporate legal experience, with a law firm and/or in a corporate in-house role. Title and compensation will be commensurate with relevant experience. Must have a license in the State of Texas. Demonstrated business development experience and success required. Must have excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills along with strong research and writing skills.
