Project Assistant The candidate will report to the Director of Paralegal Services, Paralegal Coordinator, and work with Trusts & Estates Lawyers/Professionals/Paralegals. The Project Assistant will work primarily with the other members of the Trusts & Estates practice in the New York office. Provide assistance in a variety of administrative and organizational duties. Maintain the practice group calendar. Maintain Estates-in-Administration list, estate tax return due date list, track status of preparation and filing of tax returns and court inventories. Maintain the Employer Identification Numbers and PTIN assignment. Assembly and information for the preparation of accounting. Assist with the filing of tax returns. Other duties as assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position. A Bachelor's Degree required. Paralegal Certificate and Trust & Estates concentration preferred.
