Litigation Paralegal The candidate’s responsibilities include: Assisting attorneys with all aspects of litigation, including investigation, client contact, case management, document organization, review and analysis of documents, legal research and preparation for depositions, court appearance and trials; Drafting and service of pleadings, discovery responses and letters; Working independently within attorney directives.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have 1-3 years experience to work in an active personal injury litigation firm. Should have strong computer and organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with MS Office, MS Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Word is also required. Experience with Trialworks or similar litigation support and case management software is a plus. Must have a Bachelor's degree.
