Paralegal The candidate will coordinate all aspects of contract management, including the development and maintenance of a contracts database and lifecycle management system. Create and maintain a library of form documents, contract clauses, templates, and playbooks. Develop trainings and lead process improvements that optimize company throughput. Provide flexible support for a wide range of additional areas including NDAs, board prep, immigration, corporate governance, litigation, and IP portfolio management. Provide support for other business areas as needed. Must have 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience either in a law firm or in-house environment.
