Senior Labor and Employment Litigator / Trial AttorneyThe candidate should be a California licensed litigation attorney. Should preferably have 10+ years of experience and strong research and writing skills. Employment/consumer class action experience is a plus. Must have experience with handling all phases of complex commercial and civil litigation matters. Significant experience defending companies in California state and federal courts is required. Extensive experience drafting and arguing motions is needed. Should have taken and defended numerous depositions. Superior academic credentials are a must. A portable book of business is preferred.

Do some kind of formal performance evaluations. Clearly lay out the path to becoming a partner or at least getting a raise. Show some actual leadership.
Pros : Everyone who works here gives 110%. There are no slackers here. The support staff is excellent. You gain good experience here.Cons : The concept of communication is completely foreign to management. There is almost no chance to be promoted. We never get any feedback on how we are doing.
