Administrator, Contract Management System RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the supervision of the Office of General Counsel, responsible for the Company’s contract management system Work collaboratively with legal, finance, audit and compliance teams to ensure adequate internal controls are present and effective Partner with business stakeholders in Legal, Finance, Sales and Marketing, as well as directly with the General Managers and Executive Management to establish and maintain positive professional relationships Create business process analysis artifacts, including but not limited to use cases, stories, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, process flows and vision scope documents. Plan project execution in terms of sprints/iterations, allocation of resources and scope. Drive contract management project decisions, escalations, prioritizations as needed to achieve contract management system goals and objectives. Configure as per requirements. Coordinate project dependencies such as tasks, timelines, resource allocation and risks. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve resource conflicts Implement and refine contract lifecycle best practices. Provide guidance and coaching to business stakeholders. Conduct effective retrospective reviews, harvest key areas of opportunity, and adapt implementation methodology processes to accommodate changes. Provide project status reports/briefings. Provide training and mentoring as required to business stakeholders.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. SpringCM Administrator experience (or experience with similar contract management software) required. 5+ years of business, finance, procurement, contracts or project management work experience required. Legal training or Paralegal certificate strongly preferred. Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred. Interest in drafting basic commercial contracts and agreements preferred. “Process” experience, rather than “System” analysis experience preferred. Asset management and project management skills. In depth understanding of document/content management and/or workflow systems and their application to business process improvement. Relationship management and collaboration skills. Multi-tasking – able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently under minimal guidance. Demonstrated ability to perform analysis, use discretion, and make sound decisions. Understanding of formats for variety of legal documents, legal terminology, redline functionality. HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) knowledge preferred. Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities in managing a wide variety of projects. Analytical thinking. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
