A law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney for their Indianapolis, IN location. This role involves:

Job Overview:

• Representing clients in personal injury cases.
• Responsibilities include client communication, depositions, research, drafting, mediations, and trial representation.

Duties:

• Communicating with clients to understand case details and provide legal advice.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Leading mediations to resolve cases.
• Developing case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Taking cases to trial when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Indiana State Bar.
• Experience drafting and responding to motions.
• Substantial knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Indiana State Bar.
