Case Manager The candidate will provide above and beyond customer support to clients. Will prepare and file petitions with the court. Schedule and coordinate hearings with the prosecutor and court. Correspond with court, prosecutor and other state agencies regarding case status. Correspond with clients and prospective clients via e-mail and telephone. Complete legal research and perform analysis of cases. Train and supervise interns. Maintain training material for each procedure in assigned states. Conduct client intake. Maintain task lists and procedures. Prepare documents for attorneys attending court. Write periodic content for state specific Twitter account. Miscellaneous tasks, including mail, emails, and voicemails. Attend advanced intake and case management meetings. Should have Bachelor's degree. Mastery of the English language, both written and spoken is essential. Strong research, written, and verbal communication skill is essential. Legal assistant experience is desired.
