ProfileContracts Manager The candidate will be drafting, negotiating and managing agreements related to software licensing, including SaaS software licensing, services, sales, resale, confidentiality, and contractor agreements; Review contractual aspects of Requests for Proposals/Quotations and Invitations to Bid, and negotiating any subsequent agreements; Manage and resolve contractual issues raised by internal departments as required. Will review and recommend activity on contract containing significant non-standard terms requiring executive level approval. Independently make business decisions that relate to contractual sales and order taking activities.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have undergraduate BA/BS degree required, preferably in business, paralegal or other related field. Will consider candidates with equivalent and appropriate mix of education and relevant experience. Should have 10+ years commercial contracts related experience, software contracting. Should be an expert on commercial contract terms and conditions. Understanding of Wombat’s position on common commercial terms and conditions. Should have ability to work under pressure; ensure timely deliveries of proposals, agreements and other customer deliverables. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills. Solid knowledge and experience in business operations. Should have ability to work with and lead others that are not under your management. Attention to detail; able to manage priorities; integrity and trust. Proven capability in negotiating complex contracts and solid knowledge of commercial terms and conditions. Should have strong understanding of business requirements and general technical awareness of the cyber security industry. Significant knowledge of MS Office applications.
