Missoula office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a transactional attorney with 2-4 years of general transactional experience, particularly with respect to middle-market transactions, including real estate purchase and sale agreements, and equity transactions with closely held entities, and venture capital and commercial finance. The candidate must have experience structuring, negotiating, and closing syndications, acquisitions, asset purchases, private equity purchases, loan transactions, and joint ventures. Must have experience managing due diligence, closings, regulatory filings, and post-acquisition integration. Must have significant experience structuring and forming limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships, and other business arrangements. Bankruptcy, banking, and real estate experience are a plus.
