There needs to be a restructuring of the working environment. Management needs to improve on being an effective leader. Workload should be reduced in order to produce a less demanding environment.

Pros : It has a working environment full of kind and supportive staff. The staff is offered free parking. The secretary will help and work alongside you.
Cons : The management team does a poor job of helping its staff work efficiently. Many expectations are expected from staff on their work. Staff is shuffled in terms of work in order to get more jobs done.
