Business Development Manager The candidate will serve in busy plaintiff law firm. Will manage and coordinate business development activities to maximize firm revenue. Generate leads for potential clients through direct marketing and utilize leads to generate clients. Manage client intake process from the initial contact to assignment to an attorney, including presentations and meetings with potential clients. Develop an annual budget and manage implementation to effectively reach potential clients. College Degree is required. Sales or Marketing experience is preferred with expertise working with clients or customers. Paralegal experience or exposure to legal issues is preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills required for interacting with peers, clients, and other professionals are needed. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) is required.
