This firm needs to consider raising the pay for their employees. If employees aren't feeling appreciated for their position then they will leave.Pros : Sullivan & Cromwell were a very good law firm to work for. They trained me very well when I started and I really felt like I had a strong grasp on my position. They also work with you to further your career and have a lot of upward availability.
