Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level technology transactions and strategic sourcing associate attorney preferably with 2-6 years of demonstrated experience with strategic sourcing (i.e., ERP implementations, inbound software licensing, SaaS, technology, and procurement transactions) and outsourcing transactions (i.e., ITO, BPO, and facilities management), preferably representing customers. The candidate should have focused experience in strategic sourcing and outsourcing transactions. Must have 2+ years of relevant legal experience in technology transactions, software licensing, strategic sourcing, and commercial and distribution agreements. Should be admitted in the jurisdiction. Should have transferable skills and a strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school.
