ProfileContract Administrator - Commercial Marketing Services The candidate will manage the requirements of contracts generated by the individual commercial brands, including reporting, funding fees, updates and modifications. Will work with and maintain positive relationships with the sales team (on all levels), internal departments and external customers. Complete all contract/legal requests by specified deadline, all documentation error free and professionally completed. Submit monthly and/or quarterly reports and funding fees as directed by the contract. Maintain and update membership lists, contract catalogs, product listings and microsites. Ensure the maintenance of website information for individual clients. Log all contracts into Salesforce.Com and maintain documentation on Shared drives and files. Collaborate with internal support teams to improve various administrative tools. Identify any issues, problems or concerns and suggest possible solutions. Maintain procedures for processing reports, funding fee and contract particulars. Build relationships with external contracting officers as needed to ensure clear understanding of contract requirements. Work with internal departments to process requests. Must have four Year degree in Business Administration or 3 years relevant work experience. Should preferably have Paralegal or contract writing experience. Basic understanding of commercial law is required. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point and Adobe Acrobat is required.
