Associate Attorney Duties: Represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions. Represent clients in court, before government agencies and/or at arbitration. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Perform legal research and provide clients with guidance and advice. Participate in collective negotiations and related activities on behalf of union clients. Maintain and enhance existing client relations, and pursue opportunities for business growth. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: 3-5 years' experience in the field of labor law, with a focus on public sector. Ability to work independently and within required deadlines. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
