Paralegal Legal Assistant Duties: Requesting and following up on police reports, medical records, and bills. Gathering insurance information and other supporting evidence. Preparing demand packages. Communicating and corresponding with clients on a regular basis. Scanning, saving, and entering documents into case management system. Corresponding with adjusters, and establishing claims. Drafting letters and other Memos. Performing a wide array of general clerical and administrative assignment.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: High school or equivalent. Personal Injury, Workers Compensation is a plus. Bilingual is a plus. Must have a great attitude, be able to multi-task, display initiative, and produce an excellent work product. Must have the ability to respond quickly to changing demands. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team. Good organizational, and calendaring skills is a must. Required to have great client skills, outstanding oral, and written communication skills. Must be detail oriented, have excellent document management skills, and have a great work ethic. Needles software a plus.
