Associate Attorney Responsibilities: Attend hearings and court appearances on behalf of the law firm. Communicate with clients, internal staff and others to ensure cases are handled appropriately. Review Legal Notices and other legal documents for form and correctness. Prioritize and manage an assigned portfolio of work at a fast pace on a high volume of files, with a great attention to detail. Monitor quality control through drafting and review of reports and inputting and maintaining information into a case management system to ensure data integrity.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Must be VA barred; MD or DC is a plus. 1-5 years experience. Experience representing mortgage servicers or general real estate or litigation experience preferred. Foreclosure or Title experience a plus. The ideal candidate will have superior oral and written communication skills. Organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask. Must be able to work well in a group and function independently.
