Employment Law and False Claims Act Paralegal Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in a mid-sized or large law firm environment. Must have a familiarity with electronic discovery protocols and procedures, as well as experience preparing and filing documents in state and federal court, working with case management and litigation support software and databases, managing deadlines for multiple attorneys, communicating efficiently and professionally with clients and prospective clients, preparing cases for trial, and providing other general litigation support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a positive attitude, the ability to work independently, and the ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple projects at once.
