Legal Project Assistant Duties: Providing daily administrative and project support to team of attorneys and senior paralegal; Providing related project support to business teams as needed; Coordinating the review, approval, and execution of legal documents and agreements; Drafting legal correspondence; Organizing and filing contracts and related documents; Scheduling meetings; and Other legal and administrative matters.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (paralegal certificate preferred); 4+ years of experience in an administrative and/or paralegal capacity; Superior interpersonal and written and oral communication skills; Proven organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail; and Proactive team player with the ability to work independently. Preferred: Strong desire and aptitude for learning new concepts; Demonstrates sound judgment; Ability to efficiently gather and summarize information and juggle multiple projects; Experience with, and enthusiasm for, process improvement and problem solving; Skilled in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint; Contract management system experience; and Experience at a law firm or in a corporate legal or executive environment is a plus.
