A law firm in Palm Beach is seeking a skilled Corporate/M&A/Securities/Finance Transactional Attorney to join their team. This role is ideal for an attorney with substantial experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and securities. The successful candidate will possess strong academic credentials and exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and securities transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs and legal strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic legal advice.
  • Manage and oversee transaction processes, including due diligence, regulatory compliance, and documentation.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and interactions with regulatory agencies and other parties.
  • Stay updated on legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations.
  • Mentor and support junior attorneys and legal staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • Applicable Bar admission required.
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and/or securities.
  • Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
  • Proven ability to handle complex legal transactions and provide strategic advice.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills:

  • Expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and securities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
