Ethics Investigations and Compliance Lead The candidate will be responsible for the execution and continuous improvement of the firm Ethics and Compliance Program throughout the Communication Systems Segment and its businesses and locations. Will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of firm’ Ethics and Compliance Program and initiatives. Manage the investigation process and lead investigations as required to ensure timely and effective resolution, and implementation of appropriate corrective actions.. Develop an investigation plan particular to each concern, draft or review investigative reports summarizing the work performed and outcome of the investigation, and maintaining accurate records relating to the same. Contribute to the prevention and detection of ethical misconduct through the development and deployment of in-person and on-line training and communications. Implement corporate anti-corruption program, to include performing self-assessments, approving business courtesy requests, and conducting training.. Identify and implement process improvements based on assessment of quarterly metrics, ethics survey results, audits, industry best practices, and similar sources. Led and facilitate efforts to ensure policies and procedures are clear, accessible, and communicated to employees. Train, support, and engage Ethics Advisors to further the reach of ethics and compliance program. Manage and address employee reported Conflict of Interest matters.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College /University with 15+ years’ experience in compliance, legal, human resources or similar area OR MS/MA/MBA (Masters) with 13+ years’ experience in compliance, legal, human resources or similar area OR PhD, JD (Doctorate) with 9 + years’ experience in compliance, legal, human resources or similar area. Juris Doctorate (JD) degreeor other advanced degree is a plus. Substantial personal experience conducting investigations, addressing ethics concerns and handling compliance issues with a high level of judgment and discretion; experience in an in-house investigations role is highly desirable. Must have strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to deliver crisp, clear and concise executive presentations with professional presence and ability to interact effectively with executive management. Understanding of compliance laws and regulations, including the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, US Office of Government Ethics regulations, UK Bribery Act and similar requirements is a plus
