Paralegal Legal Assistant Responsibilities: Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, including estate plans, and pleadings. File legal documents during litigation. Record real property related documents throughout the U.S.Answer clients' phones and inquires. Monitor clients' cost advances and input into financial software. Record and store client information.

Qualification and Experience

​Qualifications: Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field, litigation or estate planning a plus. Familiarity with legal documents, and courts' processes. Ability to prioritize and multitask (multiple attorney support). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Deadline oriented. Self starter and ambitious. Extreme attention to detail.
