A law firm is seeking a skilled Workers' Compensation Attorney to join a growing team. This full-time position offers remote work options with the flexibility of utilizing office space if desired. The attorney will manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to resolution, including discovery and litigation. The role involves collaborating closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators to ensure the effective management of cases.

Duties:

• Manage workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution
• Conduct discovery, gather evidence, and prepare legal documentation
• Handle litigation, including representing clients in hearings, trials, and settlements
• Work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators
• Provide proactive case management and legal counsel
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams

Requirements:

• Member of the State Bar of California
• Proven experience in workers' compensation law
• Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proactive case management approach

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Certifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar of California
