Duties

• Manage and expand a personal book of business.
• Provide high-quality legal counsel and representation to clients in family law matters.
• Collaborate with fellow partners and legal team members to enhance overall firm performance.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys and staff to foster a productive and professional team environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in family law.
• Proven ability to generate and maintain a substantial client base.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring junior attorneys.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical legal practice and professional development.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar membership in Virginia and in good standing.

• Expertise in family law practice, including divorce, custody, and support cases.
• Strong client management and business development skills.
