ProfileParalegal-Contracts The candidate will meet physical and sensory requirements stated below, and be able to work in the described environment. Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance work flow, and/or improve the work environment. Create and maintain files in electronic contract management system. Prepare contracts based on approved templates. Work with attorneys and vendors to revise and negotiate contracts. Communicate timely and effectively with facility and Home Office stakeholders and vendors regarding corporate matters. Other special projects and duties, as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent related work experience (Paralegal training). Should have 3 years related experience as a contracts manager/ paralegal in a legal setting. Must have understanding of legal concepts, procedures and terminology. Should have effective verbal and written English communication skills. Must have demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation. Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity. Should have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
